Little Boxes
Mildred, is a refined older lady who prides herself on
her artistic sense, and knows in her heart that she is
definitely not a Mildred. Could a Mildred have acquired
more than two hundred lovely miniature boxes in every
shape and from every country you can think of, without a
single duplication? This monologue reveals how Mildred's
desperate and illegal way of building her collection
results finally in a terrifying exposure and a
cliff-hanging narrow escape.
